Our sourcing request forms are processed using Formspark, a third-party form processing service operated by Trampoline Software SRL.
Formspark receives and processes information submitted through our forms on our behalf. Formspark states that form submissions may include the information entered into the form as well as certain technical information such as IP address, approximate location derived from IP address, browser information, referring page, and origin, primarily for delivering submissions and security purposes.
Formspark states that submitted data is stored in the European Economic Area, including Ireland and Germany.

Japan Exceptional does not currently use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party behavioral analytics services on its website.
We may use Google Search Console to understand how the website appears in Google Search and to monitor search performance. Search Console does not provide us with the type of individual behavioral tracking associated with advertising or analytics platforms.
